The «Marine Terminal» project is a modern grain terminal. It envisages a flat-bottomed silo and a mechanized grain storage warehouse within a limited berth area, taking into account the specifics of port conditions. The main factor is the restriction on the depth of the foundations, which does not allow the use of buried elevator units. That is why mobile technological equipment for unloading is used, which does not require significant earthworks.

The technological scheme is developed in accordance with the customer's specifications and includes a full cycle of operations:

- Preliminary and secondary cleaning of crops on high-performance separators with aspiration systems.
- Drying in energy-efficient shaft dryers with automatic humidity control.
- Storage in silos with active ventilation, temperature monitoring and fumigation systems.
- Shipment to trucks, railroad cars and directly to the vessel via berth-type reloaders.
