Development of as-built documentation and production of aspiration equipment.
Type of work performed:
- Development of as-built documentation for dust removal of CPA and cleaning equipment.
- Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of aspiration equipment for dust removal of the treatment area, as well as a vehicle unloading station.
Technical means:
- Battery installations of cyclones ZEO-B4.
- Flap system: ZEO-VAB.
- Filter cyclones ZEO-FC-20 000.
Result:
- Application of a classic dust removal system using battery installations of the BBC type.
- The cleaning efficiency is 5-7% higher than domestic analogues.
