Higher profile education (preferably technologist or mechanic of grain processing enterprises) or work experience in engineering and technological positions of the industry, not less than 3 years.
Type of activity: sale of elevator equipment, granaries, grain dryers and services: (design, installation, automation, aspiration) to grain processing enterprises.
- Knowledge of the elevator market, understanding of the principle of operation of the grain processing enterprise, ability to draw the primary technological scheme (at the request of the customer).
- Work with the existing customer base and its expansion.
- Visits to elevators, terminals, offices to customers in Romania: identification of needs, preparation of commercial proposals.
- Development of dealer network: search for partners among design and installation organizations.
- CRM skills (desirable, but not mandatory).
At least 3 years
- High level of communication skills.
- Knowledge of elevator business (desirable).
- Proficiency in CRM (Pipedrive is an advantage).
- Skills in selling IT products.
- Knowledge of languages:
- Ukrainian spoken,

- Conducting training of the client's employees.
- Providing post-implementation support to the client, collecting feedback.

- Planning, coordinating and controlling implementation projects.

3. Analyzing the client's business processes:
- Identifying the client's needs, customizing the product to the specifics of their business.
