Characteristics of the object
Installation and automation of dedusting equipment at the vehicle unloading station.
As part of the new construction of the car unloading station, a set of works was carried out to equip the facility with modern aspiration and automation equipment. The works included:
- Manufacturing and supplying aspiration equipment in accordance with the design documentation: “New construction of the aspiration equipment device of the car unloading station.
- Installation of aspiration systems, air ducts and compressed air lines, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the complex.
- Automation of the operation of aspiration equipment, including installation and connection of control cabinets.
- Carrying out commissioning work, which guarantees stable and uninterrupted operation of the system.
Equipment:
- ZEO-FW-20.25 filter cabinets.
- ZEO-VAB-16000x6000 flap systems.
The implementation of these measures provided a modern, efficient and fully automated aspiration system that meets the high standards of industrial facilities and contributes to increasing the safety and productivity of the station.
