“Construction of floor storage warehouses with a grain receiving, drying and shipping unit with cleaning.”
Implementation of the possibility of receiving road transport of grain and loading it into railway cars. The ability to perform operations to bring received grain to the required conditions before storing and loading into railway cars.
Scope of work:
The project provides:
- two mechanized warehouses for floor grain storage with geometric dimensions of 24x78 m and 24x30 m, E = 9900 t and E = 3200 t, respectively;
- a grain receiving unit from road transport, providing for servicing vehicles up to 20 m long, with a carrying capacity of up to 60 tons, with the possibility of unloading trailers through the side board;
- grain dryer TORNUM model TK6-24-3;
- bunker for wet grain with a capacity of 500 tons;
- a grain shipment unit for railway transport with operational bunkers and the possibility of post-treatment on a sieve-air separator;
- For grain transportation, the use of belt conveyors is provided, which significantly reduces grain injury.
