Characteristics of the object

An operating preparation workshop at an oilseed processing plant. The modernization was carried out within a densely configured production environment, without modifications to the building’s structural elements and while maintaining continuous operation of the existing production process.

Modernization of the preparation workshop: integration of a second line to increase processing capacity to 1,200 t/day of sunflower seeds, 1,000 t/day of soybeans, and 750 t/day of rapeseed.
Manufacturing of conveying equipment: ZEO-BE bucket elevators, ZEO-DC chain conveyors, and special “gooseneck” conveyors designed to bypass existing structures in a densely configured production area.
Use of special materials: manufacturing of housings and chains from stainless steel for operation in aggressive environments and at temperatures up to 90 °C.
Installation works: fabrication of gravity-flow equipment and on-site connection of components to ensure precise integration of the lines.

Result: The system can handle products with different bulk densities (0.12–0.8 t/m³) without modifications to the building’s structural elements.
