Characteristics of the object
The project is a grain drying unit.
Replacement of outdated equipment for drying grain with a modern high-performance line, which will allow for more economical use of fuel and improve the quality of the output grain.
The project included:
- Replacement of the existing grain dryer DSP-50 with a new Bonfanti L205CE with a productivity of 32.6 t/h for corn while reducing moisture from 24% to 14%.
- Replacement of two reinforced concrete post-drying bunkers with a metal silo hopper SPK 5.5.11.K45 with a capacity of 200 tons.
- Installation of an A1-BZO scalper for cleaning grain before drying.
- Installation of a rollerless conveyor with a capacity of 50 t/h for loading waste from a scalper.
- Replacement of existing transport equipment servicing the grain drying unit with new one.
- A device for gravity transport that ensures the supply of grain along given routes.
