Installation of transport equipment that allows grain to be reloaded from floor storage onto barges and ships.

Loading a barge of 5000 tons displacement with a cargo of 2000 tons (grain density 0.75 t/m³) takes no more than a day, which met the key requirement of this project.

The following equipment was included:

• ZEO-BC-250 t/hour mobile belt conveyor.
• ZEO-DC-250 tons/hour scraper conveyors.
• Belt conveyor ZEO-BC-250 t/h with additional shelter from precipitation.
• Bucket elevator ZEO-BE-250 t/h.
• Automatic roller gate ZEO-RPA-400.

For this project, Grain Capital specialists designed and supplied a mobile belt conveyor ZEO-BC-250, the main task of which is to load barges and ships with bulk materials.

Technical characteristics of the conveyor:

• Total length - 31 meters.
• Angle of inclination - 21°.
• Lifting height - 11 m.
• Boom outreach - 15 m.

With a maximum boom inclination angle of 21°, the mobile belt conveyor provides a capacity of 250 t/h, and during testing a peak capacity of 280 t/h was achieved.

The operation of the transloader is controlled by an automated system with monitoring and emergency shutdown sensors, which ensures reliable and trouble-free operation.
