Characteristics of the object
Reconstruction of the existing elevator. The project provides for the construction of an industrial complex for processing oilseeds and an industrial elevator with a total capacity of E = 55,674 m3.
Object characteristics:
- Production workshop – processing of sunflower seeds, capacity 250 t/hour.
- Solid fuel boiler room.
- Vehicle unloading station (CPA) with a capacity of 100 t/h, with an auto unloader and a receiving hopper.
- Grain cleaning unit (2 grain separators and transport mechanisms).
- Drying unit for wet grain (1 grain dryer, transport mechanisms).
- Two wet grain silos with a volume of 532 m3.
- Silo-type granary, 5 silos with a volume of 6788 m3 each and 2 silos with a volume of 10867 m3 each.
- A hangar-type structure for floor storage of cake and a bunker-type warehouse for storing cake.
- The unification unit for loading and unloading hopper cars; storage bins are used for loading; the cake loading capacity is 50 t/hour.
- Cake loading unit with a capacity of 50 t/hour.
- Oil loading station for rail and road transport.
- Oil storage tank farm with a total volume of 800 m3.
- Granulated husk loading area.
- Transportation is carried out by chain conveyors and elevators manufactured by Elevator Equipment Plant LLC. To transport oil, racks with pipelines are designed.
