Characteristics of the object

Development of design documentation at the P&R stage of the project “Reconstruction of technological grain shipment lines at berth No. 16, 17.”

The reconstruction project includes:

Implementation of the possibility of shipment from silos 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25 via an independent route to water transport with a capacity of 450 t/h from each silo, silo 13 – 200 t/h.
Construction of a reversible inter-silo conveyor of 2000 t/h to implement the possibility of reloading between existing silos.
Construction of a 2000 t/h transport line, with a 2000 t/h weighing unit, shipment to the existing shipping route for water transport. For transportation, the use of belt and scraper conveyors is provided.
Unloading of silos 14, 16, 18 is provided by scraper conveyors with a capacity of 450 t/hour.
Reloading from silos 14, 16, 18 is carried out by 1000 t/h belt conveyors manufactured by ZEO LLC.

Design decisions were made in accordance with the requirements of current norms, rules and standards.
