Characteristics of the object
The total capacity of the elevator is 30,000 tons (the first stage is 15,000 tons and the second stage is 15,000), the productivity of transport equipment is 100 tons/hour.
The project provides the following functionality:
- Reception of grain from vehicles (unloading, weighing and sampling units).
- Primary grain cleaning with a separator.
- Drying grain with humidity from 24% to 14%.
- Grain storage with a total volume of 30,000 tons.
- Weighing and loading grain onto vehicles.
- Full automation of the complex.

Equipment supply:
- Transport and gravity equipment ZEO (scraper conveyors, elevators) – 100 t/hour.
- Bonfanti grain dryer, capacity 25 t/hour. (650 t/day for corn from 24% to 14%).
- Hopper silos for wet grain Symaga, volume 563 m³.
- Symaga flat bottom grain storage silos with a capacity of 9915 m³.
- Symaga storage hopper silo (shipment to vehicles), volume 52.22 m³.
- Separator Luch ZSO-150.
- Bunker and truck scales.
