Development of PU section for Danube Shipping Company Ltd (Cofco Agri)

Type of work performed:

• Development of the PU (aspiration) section at the “P” and “R” stages of the project “Dust removal systems for transport and technological equipment of the terminal.”
• Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of aspiration equipment for dust removal at a car unloading station; wagon unloading stations; transfer units, elevator boots, belt conveyors and bulk trays.

Technical means:

• Local special vertical filters ZEO-FUV.
• Local special horizontal filters ZEO-FUG.
• Filter cabinets ZEO-FW.
• Flap system.

Result:

• Dust removal of the terminal by 98.9% using speed dampers, sealing agents and local installations.
• Ensuring standard sanitary working conditions for working personnel.
• Fire and explosion safety of the terminal.
• The load on the filter fabric has been reduced due to the new design of filter units.
• High efficiency of equipment operation.
• Preservation of the mass of the transported product.
