
The DryTech dryers are devices designed for continuous operation. The drying process is based on the flow of grain through the feeding, drying, cooling and discharge zones. Properly selected burners allow drying from 300 to as much as 4,000 tons of wheat per day. The dryer structure shell is made of Swedish steel.
In the energy-efficient DT dryers, the savings in operation are achieved by full insulation of the drying column, recuperation of part of the warm air, which, after passing through the grain layers, is returned to the air inlet chamber, optimal selection of fans which results in lower electric power consumption, smooth operation of the pneumatic discharge system. The entire process is controlled by microprocessor control selected to the specifics of the drying, allowing full control over the process.
Properly selected modern burners with thermal power in the DT 15 and DT 25 dryers of 800 kW to 5000 kW allow to achieve drying efficiency from 300 to 1600 tons of wheat per day. We also offer the DryTech DT40-DT50 dryers. These are units with significantly higher output. With the use of appropriate burners, they can dry from 1500 to 4000 tons of wheat each day.
