Characteristics of the object

Development of the PU (aspiration) section at the “P” and “R” stages of the “Elevator Dust Removal System” project. Manufacturing of equipment, installation and commissioning of a centralized aspiration system for dust removal of wagon unloading stations, transfer units, bulk trays, elevator boots and belt conveyors.

Technical means:

Cyclone battery units: ZEO-B4-350.
Cyclone battery settings: ZEO-B4 without sluice gate.
Single cyclones: ZEO-S1-450.

Result:

Ensuring normatively acceptable working conditions for personnel.
Protection of the external environment from harmful emissions.
Application of a classic dust removal system using battery installations of the BBC type.
The cleaning efficiency is 5-7% higher than domestic analogues.
