Characteristics of the object
Manufacturing and installation of aspiration equipment.
Types of work performed:
- Installation of terminal aspiration equipment – in progress June 2018
- Manufacturing of aspiration equipment for dust removal at unloading stations for wagons and cars, transfer units and bulk trays, elevator boots, belt conveyors, weighing equipment, as well as ship loading machines.
- Manufacturing of equipment, development of the PU section of the dust removal system for transport and technological equipment of the terminal - 2016.
Technical means:
- Local special filters: ZEO-FUG-9600, ZEO-FUG-4800, ZEO-FUG-6400.
- Flap system: ZEO-VAB.
- Filter cabinets: ZEO-FW-10000.
- Cassette bag filters: ZEO-FK-40000.
Result:
- dust removal of transport and technological equipment of the terminal;
- supply of high-quality filtration equipment;
- compliance with ATEX 22 explosion protection standards;
- optimal number of filter units;
- maintaining the mass of the transported product.
