Development of the PU (aspiration) section. Manufacturing of aspiration equipment.
Type of work performed:
- Development of the PU (aspiration) section at the “P” and “R” stages of the “Terminal Dust Removal System” project.
- Manufacturing of aspiration equipment for dust removal at unloading stations for wagons and cars, transfer units and bulk trays, elevator boots, belt conveyors, weighing equipment, as well as a ship-loading machine.
- Installation and commissioning of filter units of stages 1-3 of the terminal, installation of tin structures.
Technical means:
- Local special filters ZEO-FUV-4800, ZEO-FUV-2000, ZEO-FUG-2000, ZEO-FUG-3200.
- Filter cyclones ZEO-FCS-44.35.
- Cyclone filter ZEO-FC-2000.
- Flap system ZEO-VAB.
Result:
- Using a combined aspiration system.
- The load-sensitive mode (representing a number of systemic restrictions on the spread of emissions into the environment) is an “environmentally friendly elevator”.
- Stabilization of environmental parameters of enterprise working premises according to maximum permissible standards.
- The damper method made it possible to reduce emissions for each type of area by 2-3 times and ensure explosion and fire safety of the terminal.
- The coefficient of dust removal from dust emission sources is 99.9%.
