Automation of hopper scales for Eridon Group

Scope of work:

• Manufacturing of a cabinet and control panel for a weighing complex.
• Installation work on installing hopper scales, laying power and control cable lines.
• Installation of technical equipment of the agro-industrial complex smart.scales.
• Commissioning works.
• Conducting conformity assessment of measuring equipment under the control of a certified state body for standardization and metrology.

Equipment:

• Control cabinet (“Grain Capital-Engineering”, Ukraine), which includes:
  • weighing electronic module “Siwarex” (“Siemens”, Germany);
  • PLC "Simatic S7-1200" ("Siemens", Germany);
  • Start-up protection equipment from leading European manufacturers (“Siemens”, “Weidmuller”).
• Strain gauges (Keli Sensing Technology, China).
• Software smart.scales (Grain Capital, Ukraine).
