Project development, manufacturing, installation, debugging and commissioning of a new remote automatic control system for an 80,000 t elevator.
Scope of work:
- Development, adjustment and introduction of changes to the design, technical and working documentation of the automation and electrification system.
- Providing equipment, manufacturing control cabinets.
- Installation and connection of automated control systems.
- Development and connection of software.
- Commissioning and development of instructions.
Product Feature:
- Electrical switching equipment and automation equipment are located in VAGO cabinets (Ukraine), with a protection level of IP54. Field equipment in DEC housings with IP56 protection level.
- The control and electrical distribution circuits are made on the basis of components from leading European manufacturers with a global reputation, Schneider Electric and Weidmuller (Germany).
- Using the Modicon M580 controller (Schneider Electric).
- Application of the Modicon X80 input/output module platform (Schneider Electric).
- ATV930 frequency converters were used to effectively control process equipment.
- A bus system was used (components and equipment from Erico, which makes the energy distribution system optimal in placement and safe to maintain.
