Main goal:

Implementation of a comprehensive automation system that combines process equipment, a weighing complex, and thermometry into a single, transparent, and efficient system.

Scope of work:

• Replacement of the existing SCADA system with smart.SDAU.
• Implementation of smart.thermometry and smart.scales products.
• Integration of all systems (technological processes, weighing complex, thermometry) with the customer's business systems (accounting system) via API.
• Development of additional functionality for weighing equipment: overload protection for vehicles.

Updated business process:

• Creation of tasks: Data from the accounting system is automatically converted into ready-made tasks for smart.scales.
• Automated shipment: The system combines accounting data and actual execution, which minimizes the influence of the human factor, eliminates misunderstandings and unauthorized shipments.
• Precise control: Two certified weighing complexes provide an accuracy class of 0.2. The control system and software guarantee protection against data manipulation.
• Safety and error prevention: An additional function automatically pauses the task in case of risk of overload, allowing the operator to visually assess the situation and avoid logistical errors.

Result:

The customer received a reliable, transparent and controlled system that:
