Automation of the cooling system at NVO “Kholod”
Manufacturing of control cabinets, installation, programming and commissioning of equipment, in accordance with existing design documentation.
A control system with web access for compressor equipment for supplying coolant to the cooling chambers of products of a 4-story building.
Scope of work:
A control panel has been developed using Simatic S7-1500 PLC (Siemens) and equipment from leading manufacturers:
- shield design – Eldon (Europe) with protection level IP66, “VAGO” (Ukraine) – IP54;
- starting and protective equipment – “ETI” (Slovenia);
- controller equipment and power supplies – Siemens (Germany);
- relays, terminals and connectors – “ETI” (Slovenia), “Klemsan” (Ukraine).
All electrical connections of process equipment, sensors and actuators to the control panel have been completed.
Development of a management system for an industrial enterprise.
SMART-SDAU was developed using Node.js technologies, designed for the construction of scalable network applications.
The control system is connected to:
- three compressors from GIA Refrigeration (Germany);
- control and isolation valves and various liquid level sensors from Danfos. The system allows you to control the liquid level within a given range;
- pumping equipment from Grundfos (Denmark), providing refrigerant supply;
- more than 80 temperature sensors “Terra” (Ukraine) via RS 485 interface.
An algorithm has been developed to control the temperature control system, which allows you to automatically maintain the set temperature in the chambers, control the temperature of fans and valves with full diagnostics and automatic shutdown in case of fault detection. The system can automatically switch to cooling or defrosting mode.
