Modernization of mixed fodder unloading unit for road transport, as well as works on updating and automation of business processes.
Primary Objective:
Modernization and automation of the process of shipment of finished products (mixed fodder) to feed carriers. Upgrade and automation of business processes of the enterprise.
Composition of Work:
- engineering of modernization of process lines, storage capacity and compressed air system;
- engineering of complex system of business process execution and industrial automation;
- manufacturing and supply of transportation and gravity-flow equipment, air dryer;
- dismantling of existing equipment and structures;
- installation of new metal structures, technological equipment, automobile scales;
- organization of power supply systems and complex automation of internal and external expeditions;
- software development of industrial controller, weighing terminal, message server;
- integration with the customer's internal systems;
- bench testing of the system;
- commissioning and comprehensive testing.
The updated business process includes:
- Task creation: based on the delivery plans, create shipment tasks.
- RFID tag reading: when a feeder truck arrives, the system reads the vehicle tag, checks if there is an active task for a specific machine and displays a load invitation.
- Automated process: the driver performs the minimum actions (position and lower the arm, press the "Start" button), the rest of the process is performed by the system itself: it sets the route, controls the weight of the product and gives instructions on the scoreboard - in other words, automatically fulfills the task for shipment.
- Monitoring and safety: the system displays up-to-date data on the status of the task and stops the process in case of an emergency.
Result:
The customer received a system that meets his current needs and provides the agreed requirements for an optimal business process:
- operator participation - only in emergency situations, thus minimizing labor costs;
- guaranteed deliveries to poultry and livestock enterprises of both the customer and its customers: no errors in formulation, and consequently no negative consequences for the livestock;
- A clearly executed planning-execution-analysis chain: operation of the company with predictable and manageable results.
