Modernization of a comprehensive automation system for PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct

Scope of work:

• Design, installation and commissioning of an integrated automation system for new elevator equipment.
• Implementation of a new visualization and control system (SCADA) for elevator technological processes - SMART-SDAU.
• Organization of monitoring of key parameters of the condition of transport mechanisms - temperature control of each bearing of motors and gearboxes, control of current consumption.
• Distance training of personnel on the use of SMART-SDAU via teleconference and remote access was carried out.

Equipment:

• Control – programmable logic controller, input/output modules – Siemens Simatic S7 (Germany).
• Start-up protection equipment – ABB (Germany).
• Modular equipment – Weidmuller (Germany).
