Characteristics of the object
Design, installation, debugging, commissioning of automatic process control systems. Automation of the distributor of the silo park transport system.
Scope of work:
- Design of operating algorithms for an automated distributor control system, development of design documentation for switchboard equipment.
- Manufacturing of an automatic distributor control cabinet.
- Electrical installation work: installation and connection of the cabinet, connection of additional transport equipment.
- Programming: basic control and visualization system – SMART-SDAU (“Grain Capital”).
- Changing operating algorithms, adjusting routing connections, adding pieces of equipment (distributor, 7 valves), adjusting visualization.
- Commissioning works: individual and complex tests.
Equipment:
- Shield design – DKC, IP66.
- Control – Siemens logic module (Germany).
- Start-up protection equipment – ABB (Germany).
- Terminal products – Weidmuller (Germany).
