Product:

• Modernization of the automated process control system of the grain transshipment complex.
• Integration of control of hopper scales, compressors, as well as aspiration into the overall automation system.
• Development and implementation of a SCADA system.
• Modernization of technological equipment.
• Supervised installation and commissioning works.

Scope of work:

• Replacement of an existing PLC, installation of additional input/output modules to integrate new devices and mechanisms into the system.
• Implementation of a pre-launch light and sound alarm system for transport equipment.
• Implementation of a turnkey SCADA system for independent control, administration and the possibility of further expansion (development).
• Implementation of a fully functional, friendly and intuitive interface for the operator of an automated process control system with visualization of product movement processes and information messages.
• Ensuring continuous round-the-clock operation of the complex, taking into account technological breaks necessary for proper operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Commissioning works: individual and complex tests.

Equipment:

• Control – programmable logic controller, input/output modules – Siemens Simatic S7-1500 (Germany);
• Start-up protection equipment, local control panels, controls - Siemens (Germany).
• Relay, network and terminal equipment – Weidmuller (Germany).
• Light and sound alarm – MUCCO (Türkiye).
• Sensors, distributed control devices – IFM (Germany).
