Development of the PU section. Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of aspiration equipment.
Type of work performed:
- Development of the PU (aspiration) section at the “P” and “R” stages of the project “Grain handling complex of Brooklyn-Kyiv LLC.”
- Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of aspiration equipment for dust removal at the car unloading station, transfer units and bulk trays, burrow boots, belt conveyors and hopper scales.
Technical means:
- Filter cyclones ZEO-FC-9 000.
- Local filters ZEO-FU; ZEO-FV.
- Breathing filter ZEO-FB-1000.
- Filter cabinets ZEO-FW.
Result:
- Ensuring normatively acceptable working conditions for personnel.
- Protection of the external environment from harmful emissions.
- Optimal specific power consumption for dust removal, which is 40% less than traditional aspiration units.
- Eliminate the possibility of explosions.
- Preservation of the mass of the transported product.
