Corporate seminar "Digitalization of the silage business"
If at the discussion we talked about global and national trends in the development of IT technologies, then during the seminar more attention was paid to the issue of automation of the elevator business management system.
During 45 minutes, we managed to consider not only the general aspects of building a complex IT system based on ERP solutions, but also the aspects related to the practical benefits of automating business processes and sharing with our guests little "secrets" of the success of implementation projects.
Head of R&D, Serhiy Artyushkin, used real examples to talk about:
- he structure and principle of ERP construction;
- which current problems of the elevator business can be solved thanks to individual ERP modules;
- which of the modules are most adapted to the needs of the elevator business and where adaptation is complicated by the fact that integrators are usually inexperienced;
- what should be paid attention to in the first place when planning automation works in order to achieve the maximum level of return on investment;
- presented examples of practical application of the software osvana.enterprise, osvana.booking and osvana.bot for solving the most frequent problems in the management of the areas of quality planning, warehouse accounting and the distribution of tasks to executors when performing reception and dispatch works and the internal movement of grain in the elevator territory.
Actually, all 45 minutes were as full as possible of useful material, and colleagues openly and honestly shared their knowledge.
