For Grain Capital, 2025 was marked by the launch of production facilities, automation, and the installation of equipment and solutions operating in real-world conditions. We didn't count the months; we counted the coordinated work of all departments. After all, each facility had to operate from day one without downtime. All these projects were implemented in the context of military challenges, when response speed, engineering responsibility, and the stability of critical infrastructure took on particular importance.

Grain Capital remains a reliable technical partner for the port industry and is involved in the restoration of Odessa's infrastructure after damage. We implement solutions that allow us to quickly restore technological processes and ensure the safe operation of facilities.

The bulk of new construction in 2025 was in agricultural processing enterprises — feed mills and oil extraction plants, which have increased requirements for reliability, automation, and continuity of production processes.

The most popular products are:

• ZEO-DC chain conveyors (for basic, reversible, and complex routes),
• ZEO-BE bucket elevators for continuous operation,
• screw conveyors for internal logistics,
• ZEO-BCE enclosed belt conveyors not only at ports, but also at elevators and feed mills.

Grain Capital, the undisputed leader in the production of dedusting systems, has expanded its equipment supply geography to South Africa thanks to its reliability, environmental friendliness, and fire and explosion safety.

We are increasingly offering comprehensive solutions: not just equipment, but a complete cycle from concept to launch. Pre-project design, manufacturing, installation, automation, service — everything to get facilities up and running quickly and without stress for customers.

The ZEO Design Bureau improves equipment based on real-world experience, and production brings ideas to life, resulting in:

• ZEO-BE bucket elevators — sealed and wear-resistant, quick service,
• ZEO-DC chain conveyors for complex configurations,
• ZEO-BCE enclosed belt conveyors — less dust, grain damage, and energy consumption,
• ZEO-FCS dedusting equipment and local filters — environmentally friendly and safe.

An important step this year was the opening of a comprehensive training and production laboratory for integrated technologies, robotics, and mechanical engineering at the Mechanical and Technological Professional College of Odessa National Technological University.

Students work with real equipment and automation, and partners receive specialists who are ready for production processes from day one.

Osnova software is the heart of automation: 24/7 control of the entire cycle of elevators and processing plants, accurate data, and maintenance forecasts. Integration with our equipment creates a unified digital ecosystem where all processes work seamlessly. We are continuing development and implementation, and will soon launch at a real facility.

The team presented its solutions at Ukrainian and international agricultural events in Germany, Romania, and Moldova. Ukrainian engineering has shown that we can compete in the European market. Our partnership with Symaga and Unia Grains allows customers to receive European-quality equipment with local service and responsibility for results.

We are also proud that Elevator Equipment Plant LLC has joined the Ukragromash Association. This means new standards, new opportunities for sharing experience, and the development of Ukrainian machine building.
