Characteristics of the object
The capacity of the oil extraction plant is 2400 tons/day for sunflower seeds, 1800 tons/day for rapeseeds, 1500 tons/day for soybeans. Today, the Allseeds Group's oil extraction plant is the largest enterprise in its industry in Ukraine. After completion of the 2nd stage of the complex, the simultaneous storage capacity will be 120 thousand tons.
Scope of work:
- Project development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of a remote automatic control system for a seed elevator, a section of non-granulated husks and an elevator for granulated husks and meal. The system is built using distributed peripheral technology on Siemens equipment.
- Manufacturing and installation of transport and aspiration equipment.
- Development of as-built documentation for dust removal of CPA and cleaning equipment using equipment of the ZEO-FC, ZEO-B4 series.
- Manufacturing of transport equipment with a capacity for seeds -200 t/hour (cleaning augers for silos, elevators and scraper conveyors: horizontal and horizontally inclined, with a chain speed of 0.4 - 0.6 m/s) - 2017.
- Electrical disconnection of additional transport equipment (floor storage warehouse).
- Manufacturing of transport equipment: scraper conveyors ZEO-DC-300.
