Project works
- Design of a drying and cleaning unit Q = 120 t/h, connection with existing transport and technological lines.
- Development of technical solutions for the installation of additional transport equipment in existing transport and technological lines.
- Development of technical and technological solutions for moving the canopy for grain sampling and automobile scales No. 3.
- Development of project documentation of the section "KZh" of the foundations of automobile scales No. 3 and No. 4.
- Reconstruction of the SRA-3 underground gallery.
Construction and installation
- Installation of a drying and cleaning unit Q = 120 t/h, including installation of automation.
- Installation of technological equipment of the floor storage warehouse of 120,000 tons.
Automation
- Design, installation, debugging and commissioning of the system of electric power and remote automated control of the terminal.
- Design, manufacture, installation and adjustment of systems of electric power and remote automated control of the drying and cleaning unit.
Aspiration
- Development of the PU section (aspiration) of dust removal of the drying and cleaning unit.
- Development of a working project on dedusting SPM-900.
Production and supply of equipment
Transport equipment:
- Scraper conveyors ZEO-DC, Q = 350 t/h, Q = 500 t/h.
- Delivery of equipment to the company "PTM".
Aspiration equipment:
- ZEO-FS filter cyclones.
- Filters local special ZEO-FU and FV series.
Supply of silage tanks of the company "Symaga".
ZEO-CHE electric jaw shutters.
