MHP Multi-Functional Production Complex comprising grain storage facilities, a feed mill, a soybean processing plant with a capacity of up to 1,000 t/day, and a sunflower processing plant with a capacity of 500 t/day. The complex also includes an extraction plant and a protein concentrate production plant.
Scope of Work
- Manufacture and supply of equipment for conveying oilcake, soybean meal, and pelleted sunflower husk as part of the construction of the extraction plant;
- manufacturing, supply, and installation of conveying equipment for the protein concentrate production plant;
- design, supply, and installation of aspiration ductwork and compressed air pipelines;
- supply and installation of an automatic loading spout with an integrated dust collection system for loading finished products into trucks;
- installation of conveying equipment and dust collection filters for the soybean receiving line;
- modernization of process units in the oil extraction and feed mill facilities.
Supplied Equipment
During the cooperation period, more than 55 units of conveying equipment were manufactured and installed for the facility, including:
- ZEO-BCE enclosed belt conveyors;
- ZEO-DC chain conveyors;
- ZEO-SC screw conveyors;
- ZEO-BE bucket elevators;
- ZEO-BES self-supporting bucket elevators.
Supply and installation of rotary airlock feeders, an automatic loading spout with an integrated aspiration system, dust collection equipment, and a compressed air pipeline were also carried out.
Result
Between 2020 and 2026, Grain Capital completed several project stages at the facility, including the manufacturing, supply, and installation of conveying equipment, implementation of dust collection systems, and modernization of selected process units. All works were carried out in accordance with the production requirements and became part of the facility's phased development.
