Characteristics of the object
Reconstruction of the existing grain handling complex. Development of design documentation at the P&R stage of a linear elevator project with a total capacity of 36,000 tons (new construction). An increase in simultaneous storage capacity by 24,000 tons ensures the ability to receive modern heavy-duty transport. New equipment has been installed to bring grain to the required conditions before storing it.
Object characteristics:
- Silo-type granary – 6 silos (“Symaga”) with a capacity of V = 5360 m³.
- Reception from vehicles - 2 dam pits with a capacity of 175 t/hour.
- Grain cleaning unit – 200 t/hour.
- Grain drying unit - Bonfanti grain dryer with a capacity of 120 t/hour.
- Block of wet grain hoppers – hoppers (“Symaga”) with a capacity of V = 1390 m³.
- Grain post-cleaning unit before shipment to road and rail transport up to 200 t/hour.
- Grain loading unit for vehicles - 1 grab with a capacity of V = 96 m³.
- Grain shipment unit for railway transport - 4 hoppers with a capacity of V = 86 m³.
Transport equipment (elevators, chain conveyors, belt conveyors, stripping augers, tilting valves, manual and electric valves) produced by ZEO LLC provide a productivity of 175 t/hour.
