Characteristics of the object
Development and implementation of a mini-elevator project with a total capacity of 17,000 m3.
The project provides for the construction of the following units:
- Vehicle unloading station with a cleaning unit and bins for loading waste/grain onto vehicles.
- Silo hopper "Symaga" for storing grain V=1085 cubic meters. m. - 2 units, main grain storage silo "Symaga" V = 9523 cubic meters. m – 2 units, silo-hopper "Symaga" for wet grain V = 405 cubic meters. m – 2 units.
- Two conveyor galleries No. 1 and No. 2, pos. 3 and 4 from the technical plan. ZEO-DC-100 chain conveyors are installed in the galleries.
- Grain dryer "Bonfanti" Q 25 t/h for drying wheat with humidity from 19 to 14%.
- Vehicle unloading station with a cleaning unit and bins for loading waste/grain onto vehicles.
