We have completed fulfillment of our contractual obligations to Agrotech-Garantia LLC for production and implementation of process control system at the elevator complex.
The works included:
- Design of the automation system.
- Production of cabinet equipment.
- Installation of transportation and electrical equipment.
- Pre-commissioning and integration of all installed equipment into the unified automated process control system of the elevator.
But another thing is remarkable. One of the related tasks was the requirement to automate the distributor of the silo transport system (made in USA).
As a rule, complex technological equipment is supplied complete with a control and automation system. The cost of such a system is quite high. At the same time, it is a non-trivial task and a professional challenge to implement a control system for complex equipment of a third-party manufacturer, which can only be met by a team with development experience in a wide range of areas and specializations.
The Automation Department team accepted this challenge and, judging by the customer's feedback, assessed its strength correctly. The project was completed not only qualitatively, but also in record time, which would have been impossible without properly formed, well-established business processes, mutual understanding and support in the team.
Recall that Agrotech-Garantia Ltd. specializes in the cultivation and sale of grain, industrial, oilseed and legume crops, and since 2010 - vegetables. The company has at its disposal a modern and high-tech elevator with a capacity of 150,000 tons of one-time storage, which allows to perform laboratory analysis of crops at all stages of reception, processing and shipment, cleaning and drying of the received product.
