Recent years have posed many challenges for Ukrainian agrarians and processors. 2022-23 years forced them to look for new logistic ways and significantly change crop rotations on the fields, taking into account price fluctuations on international markets and the cost of grown grain.

Most companies have realized the need to have the capacity to process not only one crop (e.g. sunflower), but also to add new production lines for processing other crops (soybean and rapeseed). In this way, the risks associated with the cost of raw materials on the market of one of the crops are minimized, and the market for assortment sales is increased. In addition, meal, which is an integral product in oil production, has a consistently high demand in European markets, where there is a highly developed livestock market.

Another trend today is the deep processing of agricultural crops (especially corn), which produces products such as starch, molasses, lecithin, etc., which are also in steady demand in foreign markets. At the same time, the cost of raw materials grown in Ukraine is lower and provides an advantage in terms of cost.

Such equipment in the shops works for 1-2 seasons at most and then becomes unusable due to destruction by chemical-abrasive substances. 

Taking into account the specifics of conveyors and elevators operation, stainless steel housing and chain (special markings according to the aggressive environment), special antistatic, fire-resistant and resistant to corrosion by chemical compounds should be used.
