Supply and installation of equipment for Nizhyn Zhirkombinat
Zernovaya Stolitsa Group of Companies manufactured and supplied transportation equipment for Nizhyn Zhirkombinat:
- Scraper conveyors type ZEO-DC, models 10, 30, 50, 70, 150 and capacity 10-150 t/hour, with a total length of just over 900 m, in the amount of 20 pcs.
- ZEO-BE type elevators, models 30, 50, 70, 150, with productivity 30-150 t/hour, with maximum height up to 43 m, in quantity of 5 pieces (with polyamide lining in places of the most exposed to abrasion parts of the shoe and elevator head).
The equipment is made of galvanized and stainless steel, the design provides built-in control systems of equipment operation. It is characterized by high accuracy and ease of assembly due to the well thought-out design and manufacturing on modern machine tools.
Our specialists also installed two silos with a diameter of 32 m and storage capacity of 25,176 cubic meters each. The maximum height up to the loading hatch is 37.9 m, with 25 tiers. The silos are designed for grain and oilseed crops with subsequent feeding to production lines.
Within the framework of reconstruction of the integral property complex with construction of production and auxiliary buildings and processing facilities on the territory of PJSC "Nizhyn Fat Factory" in Nizhyn, Chernihiv region, to increase the capacity of grain and oilseeds processing, our GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" has developed and successfully delivered transportation equipment, as well as installation of silos for grain storage with flat bottom.
