Implementation of remote automatic elevator control system at MHP's Yampol elevator
Within the framework of cooperation between GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" and PJSC "Myronivsky Hleboproduct", specialists of our company carry out works on modernization of complex system of automation and power supply of lines of reception, drying, storage and shipment of grain at Yampol elevator (Khmelnitsky region), the capacity of which is 105000 m³ of storage.
In connection with the increased load on the information and signaling system of the enterprise, the modernization project provided for the replacement of the central controller for a modern model Siemens series SIMATICS7-1500 and the creation of new software for visualization and management of the ACS TP of the enterprise.
In order to reduce the development costs and reduce the requirements to the ARM (operator workstation PC), the product of "SMART" technology was chosen as the software environment, which allows not only to combine the capabilities and advantages of modern software shell, but also can be used with any industrial controllers of the world's leading manufacturers: Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric and others.
*It is important to note that with this approach visualization and control are carried out in a standard WEB-interface, which is a great advantage in the work.
The process of modernization of the automation system implies the second stage, the implementation of which is planned at the moment. During the works, 18 nodes of transport and distribution scheme will be added to the technological scheme of the enterprise, as well as control of current consumption of important drives of the elevator mechanisms will be organized, which will allow employees to promptly respond to critical modes of operation and prevent accidents and stoppages in the operation of the enterprise.
The re-equipment with more modern automation systems at Yampolsky elevator will allow it to become more energy efficient and modern, prevent serious breakdowns, perform routine maintenance in time and eliminate human errors.
