Description

The ZEO-RW sluice feeder is used for the stable and controlled discharge of dust from various types of dust separators, including cyclones and filters. This feeder provides a continuous discharge of fine particles in systems where the operating pressure exceeds atmospheric pressure or is operated under vacuum. The design of the elevator equipment prevents unwanted air suction and stabilizes the operation of the aspiration line.

As a sluice valve, it creates a tightness during the transfer of material from one pressure zone to another, maintaining safe conditions and without loss of air flow. The ZEO-RW sluice feeder is used in grain processing, feed, woodworking and other industries that require precise dust separation and removal in automated aspiration systems.

Thanks to the precise operation of the working rotor, the device ensures uniform material movement and stable discharge mode even under variable pressure. Under high loads, the device maintains a stable and predictable operation of the aspiration system.
