Aspiration for Polymya Group of Companies
Specialists of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" ahead of schedule and in full volume fulfilled the contract on production, supply and adjustment of aspiration equipment for the company JSC "Borisov Plant "Metallist", which is a part of GC "Polymya", Republic of Belarus.
According to the terms of the contract, it was important for the customer to manufacture and deliver aspiration equipment for dedusting of the auto intake of the billet elevator within a short period of time. We successfully coped with it within 1.5 months. At the moment we are working on the second order for this company. A new delivery of equipment is expected in the fall of 2020," says Alexander Glivinsky, Technical Director of Zernovaya Stolitsa Group of Companies.
The delivery set includes:
- Filter cabinets ZEO-FW-20.25P, made of galvanized steel in explosion-proof version.
- Radial fans with capacity of 7000 m³/hour and resistance of 1600 Pa, manufactured in Italy.
The whole line of aspiration equipment manufactured by LLC "ZEO" has been certified according to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union TR TS 012/2011 "On safety of equipment for operation in explosive environments", which guarantees its high quality and reliable operation in the countries of the former CIS.
