Turnkey aspiration for a major port terminal in Romania
For many years, reliable and mutually beneficial partnership of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" and "COFCO Agri Ukraine" allows to make a significant contribution to the technical equipment and modernization of the company's enterprises located not only in Ukraine, but also in foreign countries.
GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" developed a project of dedusting of a large port terminal of Romania "United Shipping Agency" in Constanta, which allowed to create an energy-efficient aspiration system.
On a tender basis GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" submitted the best offer of turnkey aspiration in terms of quality, price and terms of delivery of dedusting equipment, followed by its installation and commissioning for the grain handling complex.
To date, the full set of equipment has been manufactured and delivered 1 month ahead of contractual terms, as well as installation and commissioning of 44 aspiration networks and installation of 3 out of 4 stages of construction. Completion of installation and launch of the 4th stage is scheduled for September 2020, - reports the Technical Director of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" Glivinsky Alexander.
The following aspiration equipment was manufactured and delivered:
- filter cabinets ZEO-FW-20.25;
- local horizontal filters ZEO-FG-10.10, ZEO-FG-14.10;
- cylindrical bag filters ZEO-FCS-112.35;
- local special horizontal filters ZEO-FUG-20.24, ZEO-FUG-28.24;
- local special filters vertical ZEO-FUV-28.24.
- Mechanisms for dedusting of elevators and chain conveyors:
Flap-systems for road and rail reception with a total area of more than 130 meters square;
- Flap-система ZEO-VAB-3500х29600;
- Flap-система ZEO-VAB-3500х8050;
- Flap-системы ZEO-VAB-8600х8600.
