Aspiration equipment for poultry farms
The equipment is mounted, commissioning is carried out!
Specialists of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" have successfully completed all works on installation and connection of our own aspiration equipment for car unloading station for our partner in Vinnitsa region.
The following works were included in the project "New construction of aspiration equipment device of car unloading station":
- Manufacturing and delivery of filter cabinets ZEO-FW-20.25.
- Supply and installation of Flap-system ZEO-VAB-16000x6000.
- Installation of aspiration equipment, air ducts and compressed air routes.
- Automation of aspiration equipment operation.
- Installation and connection of control cabinets.
"Aspiration equipment is manufactured on the modern production base of the Elevator Equipment Plant, using high-quality imported metal and components from leading world manufacturers, which ensures durability and high quality of products," says M.O. Andriychuk, Regional Sales Manager.
The installed filter cabinets are made of galvanized steel, equipped with the European Camozzi air regeneration and treatment system, as well as an antistatic, oil and moisture-repellent filter element PES 500. The capacity of the aspiration network is 56000 m3/h. Additionally, a special Flap system is installed to reduce dust emissions when receiving bulk cargo.
