ZEO-FCS dust separators are cylindrical type filters with one degree of air purification from various types of dry, non sticky dust in centralized aspiration networks.

Working principle:
The dusty air through the inlet pipe enters the cylindrical type housing, receiving the rotary spiral motion. Dust particles under the action of centrifugal force are pressed against the walls, lose speed and roll down into a cone, at the same time the light fraction enters the filter cloth, as the cloth and the cylindrical surface of the filter are in the chamber.
Air passes through the filter material and enters the purified air chamber. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere by means of an exhaust fan. The hoses are cleaned of dust automatically by means of a compressed air regeneration system.
