March way of express audit of elevators

March and early April proved to be hot and full of exciting meetings for our express business process audit team.

Between March 6 and April 4 alone, I traveled over 3,600 km. and we organized 8 meetings at elevators in Ternopil, Hmelnytskyi, Volyn and Sumy regions, prepared 10 reports and held 15 meetings based on the audit results already in the format of zoom conferences.

It is interesting to analyze the activities of different enterprises: it seems that each elevator works according to industry standards, but each has its own "peculiarities", "obstacles" and vivid examples of optimization of activities within a single enterprise, which provide additional competitive advantages.

Already next week, we are planning reports from previous business trips and new audits in the elevator territory.
