Second life of a grain elevator in Vinnitsa region

GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" carried out reconstruction of technological lines of acceptance and shipment at the elevator in Vinnitsa region.

The main task we faced was to organize acceptance of not less than 100 cars per day and shipment of a route of railway cars within a day, using the existing warehouses.

The project provides for the construction of car unloading station for 2 passages. Mechanization of 5 warehouses (dismantling of old equipment with capacity of 50-60 tons, manufacturing and installation of new equipment with capacity of 200 tons/hour), reconstruction of loading units and railway cars. The productivity of each of the nodes is 200 tons/hour.

Transportation equipment produced by GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" was used in the reconstruction, which together with new steel structures was integrated into the conditions of the existing enterprise, as well as existing buildings and structures.
