Effective dedusting up to 10 mg/m³

We continue to work with challenging and interesting tasks. We have developed highly efficient aspiration equipment for our foreign partner.

The task was to design, manufacture and supply non-standard equipment for the Ukrainian market. The non-standard consists in the following: strict requirements in the technical specification on limitation of atmospheric emissions of aspiration equipment - up to 10 mg/m³. While according to Ukrainian legislation, these emissions should not exceed 50 mg/m³ of dust particles," says Vladimir Tsybulko, head of international sales at Zernovaya Stolitsa Group of Companies.

GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" undertook this development, and as a result our specialists manufactured aspiration equipment with minimum emissions of up to 10 mg/m³.

The delivery set consisted of filters of the central aspiration system of high capacity:

• ZEO-FBC-168.35-36 galvanized steel bag-cartridge filter for ATEX 22 operating zone, complete with an Italian Utentra 72000 m³/hour radial fan with a resistance of 4000 Pa.
• Galvanized steel bag filter ZEO-FBC-126.35-27 for ATEX zone 22, complete with Italian radial fan Utentra 100000 m³/h and resistance of 3600 Pa.
• Galvanized dust collectors series ZEO-DCH-1000.00.00.000.
• Guide apparatus ZEO-AFG-905.
