Express audit of the elevator industry

The express audit is carried out on the client's territory and lasts from 2 to 4 hours.

According to the audit results, the Client receives:

1. A concise description of the business process in an "as is" format, including:
   • description of the business process itself (by agreement, it can be in BPMN format);
   • an analytical note with an analysis of internal communications between those responsible for performing the work;
2. Description of "blocks" in the business process, communication, planning and organization of activities;
3. Recommendations that will help optimize the operation of the elevator industry and increase the transparency of the management system.

The conclusions and recommendations are formed within 10-14 days of the visit, provided to the Client in writing with a mandatory presentation and explanation in the format of an online conference.
