Elevator equipment for a European partner

Transport and gravity equipment manufactured by GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" is sent to Romania to a seed plant.

Supply package:

• ZEO-BES self-supporting burrow with a capacity of 100 t/h and a height of - 20.8 m.
• ZEO-DC scraper conveyor - 9.3 m, capacity 100 t/h.
• Bucket flip valves ZEO-AVOP/AVDP with cross-section 300x300 mm.
• Gravity flow equipment and metal structures.

All conveying equipment is made of galvanized steel and equipped with European gearmotors and bearing units.

To significantly increase the working life of the gravity equipment, not only alloy steel with high resistance to abrasion, but also polyurethane lining with a thickness of at least 5 mm was used.
