Grain Capital Group modernizes Transservice-2008 elevator

GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" carries out modernization of power supply system and automation of elevator complex in Odessa region of "Transservice-2008" company. The total storage volume of the grain storage facility is 19.7 thousand tons.

"Delivery of switchboard equipment, cable routing, connection and commissioning tests of the currently installed process equipment were performed. Integration into the existing automated process control system of the enterprise was performed," reports Dmitry Dzhulinsky, Executive Director.

The second stage of construction is in progress - expansion and modernization of technological lines within this process. Performing a set of works on connection and adjustment of the installed equipment.

The peculiarity of the project is the enterprise development model. Instead of the traditional for Ukrainian elevators one or two stages of construction or modernization, Transservice-2008 adopted a five-year plan to increase production and storage capacities.

Completion of works and start-up is timed to the first grain by the beginning of August 2020 with the prospect of performing these works in the next 3-4 years.
