“Grain Capital GC has obtained patents and approvals for the SMART-Individual technology
At the end of the 3rd quarter of 2019, the research department of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" developed and tested a number of high-tech solutions to create a controller for the software and hardware complex "SMART-Individual", thanks to which it became much easier, clearer, more convenient and informative to perform remote automatic control of aspiration and transportation equipment at elevators, transshipment complexes, various objects of storage and processing of bulk goods.
The technological controller, which is a part of ADAS, was patented in the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property" (Ukrpatent) - patent for utility model No. 140251.
Also, a unique software (computer program) for Windows, Linux, Android and iOS mobile operating systems was developed for this controller, which is confirmed by the certificate of registration of copyright property right No. 93141 dated 17.10.2019, owned by "Zavod Elevatornogo Oborudovaniya" LLC.
In the same 3rd quarter of 2019, the R&D department developed in parallel the remote control system "SMART-Individual", which contains this controller, and has already been implemented in such elevator equipment as filter, noria, scraper and belt conveyors.
Patents for utility models No. 139716 (belt conveyor), No. 139717 (scraper conveyor), No. 139718 (noria), No. 140250 (filter).
Simultaneously with the receipt of the above documents by employees of the certification department of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" and personnel of the conformity assessment body LLC "Testing and Certification Center "YUGTEST" (UA.TR.076, assigned by the Department of Technical Regulation of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine), NAAU accreditation certificate No. 1O194 (DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17065) and No. 2H485 (DSTU ISO/IEC 17025), the technological controller was successfully tested, as well as confirmed by the Declaration of Conformity to the Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility of Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1077 of 16.12.2015, on a voluntary basis.
Other sensors that are part of the "SMART-Individual" system were also tested, such as:
- Vibration sensor, type ZEO-VS-02 - test report No. T090507/19 dated 05.09.2019.
- Dust sensor, type ZEO-DUST.SENSOR - test report No. T090508/19 dated 05.09.2019.
- Digital temperature sensor, type ZEO-TSD - test report No. T090509/19 dated 05.09.2019.
Hardware-software complex "SMART-Individual" is a unique system consisting of various sensors, controllers and modules, which not only monitors the operation of equipment, but also controls it with the help of special software with a convenient WEB-interface.
This system allows:
- Remotely control the elevator equipment.
- Monitor all technical parameters in real time.
- Store electronically all passport documentation, characteristics and data of operation and maintenance.
- To notify about the need for maintenance, preventing the emergencies.
