Grain Capital strengthens its position in equipment manufacturing in the Danube region
In cooperation with the customer «AP TRADING UKRAINE» LLC, we implemented a project for the manufacture and installation of a ZEO-BC-500 belt conveyor with a length of 90 meters and a capacity of 500 t/h.
The technological scheme provides for the transshipment of grain in a direct way from vehicles to a ship/barge and made it possible to start handling bulk and liquid cargo.
Transshipment is carried out with the help of two Arks, a ZEO-BC-500 belt conveyor and a telescopic loader.
Due to the high productivity of the line - 500 t/h, the loading time of the vessels was significantly reduced, which made it possible to increase their number. Also, this solution provides for the possibility of simultaneous unloading of 4 vehicles.
The project implementation period from preparatory work to completion of installation is 2.5 months.

This is already the 5th project in the Odessa region, which we have successfully implemented in 2022-2023.
