Preparing the scraper conveyor for shipment

We are preparing to ship a reversible scraper conveyor ZEO-DC for our partner in Kiev region, specializing in the manufacture and sale of seed.

The equipment is designed for transportation of seeds, in which it is not allowed to pull through and fight product. For these tasks we have developed a special design of gate valves, which are installed on the conveyor, as well as applied a mechanism for cleaning the chain to prevent mixing of different products and pulling the material to the next unloading.

The ZEO-DC conveyor is made of galvanized steel, has 4 intermediate and 2 final automatic discharges, 3 intermediate loads and is equipped with speed control, chain breakage control and backstop sensors.

The full length of the conveyor is 20.5 meters and the capacity is 35 t/h.
